You can cancel your booking through the My Bookings area or by contacting us at info@feliztoursegypt.com.

Failure to show up for your tour without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the total amount paid.

In cases of force majeure or if the operator cancels a tour, you will be informed and offered alternatives or refunds as applicable.

Requests for modifications to your booking should be made as soon as possible and are subject to availability and operator approval.

Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency and through the same method used for the initial payment.
